are you ready for a time travel back into the 80s? hounds of war bring us “rabid march,” a three-song flexi that picks up right where their demo left off. claire vastola and max parker - also known from subversive rite - created a sound that pulls you straight back to that era. the guitar, the drums, the vocals, everything here sounds like a lost demo of penetration or dirt or violators.

gunfire cracking the intro, triumphant harmonized leads, fuzzing guitars drenched in that early 80s uk punk sound, hall effect on the vocals, and super nice guitar solos all over the place. hints of vice squad in there too.this is combative fury, vibrant and way too short for my taste, but hey, that’s life. every song gets stuck in your head.
